Which wineries are open every day of the week?

Winery openings are seasonal. For most of the year many wineries operate Wednesday to Sunday. In Summer some will be open 7 days a week for a few months. In winter many operate Friday to Sunday with a few closed for the winter period. We maintain a open/close chart which gives you the latest updates.

Which wineries accept walk-ins?

Couples and groups up to 5 people can usually drop in at most cellar doors. Groups of 6 or more should always book ahead. See individual winery listings for their policy on groups.

Which wineries serve food?

Oak Estate and Unison Vineyard have full lunch menus. Ash Ridge, Abbey Cellars, Swift Wines, and Trinity Hill offer platters, cheese boards, or pizzas. See individual listings for current menus.

Which wineries are best for large groups?

Ash Ridge Wines and Unison Vineyard are very accommodating to large groups. Abbey Brewery is the most popular in summer for large groups but they do not offer wine tastings. See individual listings for size restrictions.

Do all wineries charge tasting fees?

Cellar doors charge a tasting fee of between $15–$30 per person. In the Gimblett Gravels the range is $15–$20; in the Bridge Pa Triangle it’s $15–$30. Fees are sometimes waived if you purchase wine.
